If you forage for roots in a room can the roots be used up in the room or will there allways be some?

To my experience, there is no room that is a bottomless well of roots, they get used up.

And even if they don't, and it was just really weird luck that drove me to this opinion, it's better to RP like it happens, don't you think?

I've never had a ranger, so I can't say with much certainty whether there is a coded limit to the number of roots forageable per room.

In my opinion, however, I don't think it would be unrealistic to forage indefinately (or, well, a very long time) in a single room, especially when you consider just how large some wilderness rooms are meant to be.  It's not like we're talking about logs of wood or something with a very finite amount, roots are everywhere.
