Incense burner

Ok, I got a burner, got some incense, loaded the incense in the burner but can not figure out how to light burner.  I can't ep or es it either.

Anyone know how?

You have to set it down. It lights automatically I guess.

Alas, it did not.  Hrm.  Perhaps the insense is used up?  I figured it would disappear like spice when it was spent.

I had one too that couldn't be lit. It was bugged. The cheaper one works. Try that one.

Try closing the burner and dropping it, once the incense is inside.

Took the incense out, put it back in, closed it dropped it to no avail.
I'll bug it in game.  I was just figuring I didn't know what I was doing - as is often the case.  :-)

As an idle curiosity, do incense burners still work if placed on a table/other surface instead of the floor?

I dont think so, but you can:
drop (on a stone table) or whatever.
