What in Zalanthas are you grateful for?

- I'm grateful for the pebbles found on little heaps in alleys
- I'm grateful for leaders who take minions out on field trips or who spend their evening enabling us to "do stuff"
- I'm grateful for the desiccated corpses in Meleth Circle
- I'm grateful for animated npcs (and reanimated ones!)
- I'm grateful for roasted scrab heads
- I'm grateful for newbies who leave us their boots

What in Zalanthas are you grateful for today?

You go south and one of the other directions that isn't north.  That is seriously the limit of my geographical knowledge of Arm.
Sarge?

 - I'm grateful for the new weather and crimcodes.
- I'm grateful for the variety of spices and drinks.
- I'm grateful for taste messages.
- I'm grateful for all that there is to explore.
- I'm grateful for the mastercrafting system.
- I'm grateful for the few NPC animations I've seen.
- I'm grateful for leader PCs I've had in the past.
- I'm grateful for Red Storm.
- I'm grateful for the high intelligence of the players here.

- I'm grateful for Imms who answer emails.
- I'm grateful for branching a skill!
- I'm grateful for long conversations had while talking down [certain road] in [town].
- I'm grateful for players who really bring their character to life, vivid life.
- I'm grateful for clans where the people actually work together to make something happen.
- I'm grateful for logging on to find there's always something going on or something to do.

A glossy, black-shelled mantis says, in insectoid-accented sirihish,
"You haven't picked enough cotton, friend."
Choose thy fate:

- I'm grateful for Imms who answer emails so fast it makes your head spin
- I'm grateful for the awesomeness of the PCs I've had
- I'm grateful for The Pit, The Rack, The Arena, and The Jails
- I'm grateful for the awesomeness of fellow players
- I'm grateful for the ability to SEND Kudos
- I'm grateful there is such a thing as help map ;)

There's more. I'm too lazy to think of it.

That's something YOU should be grateful for. :P
As of February 2017, I no longer play Armageddon.

I'm grateful to a certain Faithful who sent a certain character of mine to a certain location, on a mission of no-importance, and, without knowing it, kicked
off a whole bunch of wonderful events in mah life.

I'm also grateful for my AI strength roll.
"When I was a fighting man, the kettle-drums they beat;
The people scattered gold-dust before my horse's feet;
But now I am a great king, the people hound my track
With poison in my wine-cup, and daggers at my back."

- I'm grateful for the great players I've had the pleasure to game with so far.
- I'm grateful for the imms that animate NPCs when you wish up.
- I'm grateful for the imms that just randomly animate NPCs or create room echoes to liven things up.
- I'm -also- grateful for the imms that have supported many of the RPTs I've been on and made them extra terrifying/awesome.
- I'm grateful for those totally out-of-the-way places that my character can explore, and the cool, vivid descriptions that so many of the rooms have.
- I'm grateful when typos/bugs I report are fixed.
- I'm grateful for the huge number of items we have IG, so that I'm not always seeing the same damn item over and over again (in most cases, anyway).
- I'm grateful for magick in the game, its code, and how it's treated ICly.
- I'm grateful for the Byn latrines.

Man, I could go on and on and on. Basically, I give Arm a thumbs up.  ;D

-I'm grateful for my PC being home.
-I'm grateful for my PC's friends (awesome RP guys, I <3 you!).
-I'm grateful for my PC having a job.
-I'm grateful for my PC doing what they do, its fun.
-I'm grateful for those PCs that don't like my PC (you always make things interesting!).
-I'm grateful for kudos that I give and receive.
-I'm grateful for my Imms (you guys rock my world, thanks for having faith in me!).
-I'm grateful for the GDB and all my friends from it.
-I'm grateful for PCs who create situations that cause other PCs to meet mine.
-I'm grateful for the player of that certain PC.  :-*

I'm just greatful for the game, and all the people who pour life into it  :)

Oh my god he's still rocking the sandwich.

-I'm grateful for anyone that spends time out of their busy day to help increase enjoyability, from Staff, to Leaders, to "petty" criminals with diplomacy skills.
-I'm grateful for the ability to anonymously send out kudos to people, because I know it brightens their day when they do something "mundane" and get appreciated.
-I'm grateful for clan imms that get back to me on time, with vague news on the path of my character, both giving me hope, and wondering what I'm doing wrong.
-I'm grateful for the ability to, after playing this game for almost two years now, still learn syntax commands and areas I'd never been to IN CITIES.
-I'm grateful for going outside the gates with an independent character and finding an old friend, dead in the wastes, and getting a free tent out of the deal.

Seriously, I could go on and on, but I'm keeping it to 5.

Good minions.
Bizarre immteraction.
Odd rumors.
His Light.
Custom tattooes.
Arch nemeses.
PC's that stay alive long enough to be good minions, good leaders, or good arch nemeses.

No one on staff is just waiting for the opportunity to get revenge on someone who killed one of their characters years ago.

Except me. I remember every death. And I am coming for you bastards.

to the two who made my last characters death "cool"
For the last guy who didn't kill me when robbing me
For the sand filled dummies, who never stop taking abuse

I'm grateful for...

... good interactions with players and staff.
... the hard work going into the game by all.
... the neat nooks and crannies of the world.
... people who vote for Armageddon on The Mud Connector and Top Mud Sites.
... my past PCs and their situations.
... my current PC and its situation.
... the bearded, robust man who never ceases laughing.

I'm grateful for the players who work so tirelessly to make this game what it is.  As staff, we can provide all of the canvas, all of the paints, and a myriad of brushes, but without players, those ingredients would not be art.

Thanks so much to all of you who make the game into a living, breathing thing.
I seduced the daughters of men
And made the death of them.
I demanded human sacrifices
From the rest of them.
I became the spirit that haunted
And protected them.
And I lived in the tower of flame
But death collected them.

I love the players of this game.
That's not a random thought either.

I am thankful that Kronibas brought me into this wonderful world.
I am thankful for all the friends that I have made through this game, some of which I feel will be around for the rest of my life.
I am thankful for the wonderful players that helped me in game and the ones that helped me me OOCly.
I am thankful for being a helper and being able to give back to the game in the (IMO) best possible way, next to being on staff or a good leader PC.

I am thankful for the GDB and the wonderful dysfunctional family that we have here.
I am thankful that we are able to piss each other off on a daily basis and still come out loving one another. ;)

I am thankful for the vastness of the the world and the knowledge that I will never be able to see it all.
