Break Command

When using the command 'break' for objects such as wild fruit, is this based off a skill, like skinning for example?

I remember some staff told that it was about the skill foraging, but i'm not sure...

I think the skill (if any) involved with using the break command will have to do with what you're doing, since there's more than one use of break, I.e. in psionics, and with plants and stuff.

What those skills are... dunno.

I'm curious to know what skills it's based off of as well, seeing as the helpfile says that rangers have a much better chance of success in using it.
