Don't use GDB Direct Messages for staff contact

I (and most staff) don't ever read them or respond to them.  Use offical correspondance, such as email or www.armageddon.org/request

Found a couple I hadn't responded to.  I suppose it's important to restate this:  If you want to contact staff, use official correspondence.
