We are changing the way stats age over time.  Instead of there being a chance of your stats aging, it will work just like character creation/rerolls and ALWAYS apply the affects of aging.

What does this mean to you?
If you have a newish character (less than a few RL months old), likely nothing until your character ages some.

To those of you with older characters we will be automatically retroactively applying this the first time you log in after this goes live.  We will be storing your old stats on your character so that if there's an issue we can refer to them to make sure everything is corrected.

The code is assuming that you haven't had your stats changed since you rerolled at your starting age and will apply changes based on that.  If you have an older character who has been rerolled for age or had stat adjustments due to age, you likely will see some changes that might adversely affect your character.  If so, please submit a request about it and we will look and decide what to do on a case by case basis.

To some of you with really really old characters or characters who started really really young, you might see both benefits and detriments from this.  Note that unless you're in the group that I spoke of in the last paragraph, this is intended.  (Old people are weak and frail but very wise).

If you have comments or questions about this, see this thread started in Code Discussions to allow you guys to chime in.

We will post again before this goes live, and it won't be for at least another week to give you guys time to see this and think about it.
