I'm just curious about these alleys, and I knows its a 'find out IC thing', but I don't feel like dying just yet.

Mainly, I've had the idea of a Red Stormer who works out of there...But from what I've gathered IG, it seems like a perfectly easy way to die.

So I ask this question, is it possible to run a character out of Red Storm alleys without becoming the victim of the first couple thugs you see?
