Friendly reminder about NPCs and dropped things

We've had an influx of new folks, so I wanted to post a quick note as a reminder...

NPCs aren't furniture. They do things. If you walk into a crowd of poor or shifty people and drop something, there's a great chance that someone's going to pick it up and run off.

This isn't a bug. Please be conscious of your surroundings and react ICly.
