Solidifying Policy about Roles E-mails

I was just talking to Nessalin about this and we'd like to suggest that instead of mailing in and asking "Anyone got a role?" that you check this forum instead.  

We've found that the forwarded emails don't seem to get much reply, and it seems like a waste of time for people to be writing up emails like this and not getting much reward for the effort.  Alternately, if there are clans you are particularly interested in, I would suggest checking with the staff handling those clans and letting them know what appeals to you about the clan, so they can see if they have any current roles that are a good fit.  Thanks.
