Additional Options for Request Tool

Most probably staff thought on that and there are some good reasons why there are not many options but.. I believe there should be at least one more option on "giving an apology to player," and one for "arranging playing times(in case you do not know GDB name) with a player."

What do you think?

For now, you can just use "Player Kudos" for this, but it wouldn't be hard for us to add another category here.
