putting the wrong thing

Recently i've run into the problem that when i'm putting somthing away that i've been wielding and instead of putting away the one thats in my hand and goes out of it's way and takes off the one at my belt with the same keyword.

Try either using a different keyword for the item you want to put away, or taking it out of your hand before you put it away.
