By order of the Allanaki City Ministry, the call goes out for able-bodied
men and women to serve the Highlord in an expedition beneath the
city.  
 
All swordsarms shall receive 75 obsidian compensation for their services.  
All proficient elementalists shall receive 200 obsidian coins compensation
for their services.  All valuables discovered on the expedition not claimed
by His Gloriousness's servants shall be free for the taking.  
 
The expedition will be led by Templar Vaedon Valika the Blue.
