Drunken Kank Riding

Are there penalties?

If there aren't any penalties, I think there should be something implemented along the same line as attempting to walk while hammered.

You fail to steer your kank to the east, sliding off it's side and hitting the ground.

Yep, if you're drunk in real life, you won't be able to control a car, so a kank is only different in how it might be able to make its own decision, but I'm thinking that they're obediant enough so that they just wait for the rider's "input" to move.

That would be amazing. A multitude of penalties could be used for riding kanks under the influence.

Hitting people.
Walking into walls, wagons etc.
Falling off.
Riding the wrong way.
Just not moving.
Kank throwing you off for HP loss.

Meh. Discuss!

Running over someone or falling off your kank would probably have more to do with the speed you are traveling at. Mind you, cars do travel a lot faster than horses.

You do not have that item.

People were none-the-less run over by horses and carriages on busy streets.  Besides, some of those kanks can really move their asses when they're spooked. :)

And what's more spooky than a breed howling (in what he believes is song) about his Templar mistress (whom he also mistakes for the kank)?
