I saw that too and was wondering the same thing. If that is brawl code, what's the syntax? Could probably have used something like that a few times myself.

Brawl code, its one of the random messages given when you "hit X" and succeed.  You can't control it to make sure you get that message to my knowledge.

So you just use "hit <keyword>" in a tavern? I wouldn't want to end up trying to kill someone and getting dragged off by the militia.

Some taverns. Not all of them as far as I know. If you pick the wrong one it could be bad (if you don't have nosave on) or jail if you do.

Also, both you and the person you're hitting have to be unarmed, I believe.

Also, I'm pretty sure you can't use it on NPCs, so check your targets.
