Hang on.... but no-one ever contacted me?

Does anyone else get this message seemingly appear at random every now and again?

I though it might be because someone was in contact with my PC and logged out, or I logged out, but it seems this isn't the case.

Is it a bug? Should I bug it? Is it something everyone already knows about and this post bugs you?
