A thought about player/staff meetings

Although I thought the meeting went well, might I offer an idea for the next meeting?   :idea: What if instead of everyone being put into one big room (having so many people we only have time for so many numbers of one time speakers) break the number of participants into smaller groups (each lead by a staff member or two).  With smaller numbers more people could talk, and even answer each other.  I was also thinking that perhaps not trying to cover so many topics at once.  If we broke into groups, each with one (maybe two) topic(s) to cover, we could go more in depth on a single topic.
