RE: Pilot delay

I've seen this as well.  What's strange about it, to me, is that the delay has increased, not decreased, since my character first started piloting wagons.  While my PC is no expert at wagon piloting, I'd estimate the delay to be something in the realm of 30-60 seconds, though I've never timed it.  That might not seem like a lot, but at first I thought I was having connection issues and was disconnecting, IIRC.

If there was a change put in place on purpose, then I won't complain.  But since I didn't see any note about the pilot skill being modified in the weekly updates, I'm curious if this was a deliberate change.
