Fixing the Reboot Rush

As discussed in this thread (http://www.zalanthas.org/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=7737), there is a problem with hunters depopulating an area shortly following a reboot, with a dearth for those trying to play the rest of the week.

The same problem exists for resource gatherers and crafters, since merchants are replenished after reboot.

What if instead, areas were populated and merchants were restocked on a random basis? Maybe in Nak the grocer fills his orders on Huegal, while the Salarri weapons merchant restocks on Nekrete that particular month. What if the presence of gith along the North Road was determined randomly instead of guaranteed after reboot?

Not only would this encourage more realistic roleplaying behavior, but it would make the game a lot more interesting regardless of when you play. Unpredictability in this regard is a good thing.

I don't know how difficult this would be to implement codewise, but I believe it would make for a more enjoyable and immersive game.

Areas like this do repopulate themselves already.
