It was suggested I start this thread by the darkest and most evil of peoples.

So ask thine questions hither. Receive answers? Probably?

I'll start:

It says you can app a bastard (limits to this pending). Can you app a bastard only from currently-played houses, or any? If I wanted a... Rennik bastard, could I special app a Rennik bastard?

I see no reason not to allow it with a caveat:  If staff over the noble houses wouldn't want a bastard from a particular house for some plot reason, we might veto it.  Otherwise, sure!
