Let's open up travel!

So with things coming to a close over the next month and a half or so, I wanted to suggest maybe the PCs still around be allowed more freedom to travel between settlements. A "wagon" NPC whereby PCs could purchase quick travel between the cities would maybe let some of us still around meet up and interact easier! Even just for chats and farewells.

A where command might help this too.

I'd love to see some of the PCs I've come to know and love again at some point, and stuff like this might facilitate interaction when it might not otherwise be feasible.
