A question of language code.

Say if I'm playing a character that has a language in the j-man to advanced area, would it be considered abuse if I used <> alongside intentionally have my character speak very bluntly and with simple words? I like the idea of roleplaying my character's poor language skills rather than it being completely random.
I was told this game was full of twinks, all I found was power gamers.

No, the <>'s are only meant for proper names - something that would be the same in any language.

<Amos> or <Abi'li Pah>, stuff like that.
