Combat overhaul post

Would it be possible to sticky the combat overhaul post in the Staff Announcements in some way?

I think this post is invaluable to newer players and returning players, and easy access to it might save some people some re-rolls while also inspiring them to roll different types of fighters.

Maybe even edit it down into a help file in the game!
