Auto Recruiting into the Byn question

First of all, great job on Auto Recruiting into the Byn. I had been waiting for his for almost 20 years.
My question is if there are any coded/uncoded restrictions about it.
Especially both noble houses and merchant houses sponsor their employees one year of training in the Byn. Do these still need a player Sergeant to do that, or can anyone just walk in and talk to the NPC to join the Byn ranks?
