Elf Strength

What is the variance between weaker elves and stronger elves in re: to combat bonuses based on strength, now that combat penalties from strength have been removed?

Is the strongest elf much closer in terms of strength-based damage now to the weakest, or vice versa?

Weakest elves are not more in line with average elves in terms of combat damage bonuses.  A weak elf will still have a crummy load capacity, not be able to use heavy weapons, and all that comes with low strength.  They will just no longer receive a damage penalty to combat for below average/poor strength.

So this means if you play an elf and your strength was at least average, you will see no difference.  Only those with below average or worse.
