Announcements have been made for a large scale Tuluki festival.  Check your IC boards to get your bard, artisan, crafter, trader skills on.  Approximately first week of February.  Exact dates and full itinerary TBA.  Look for rumors to spread to Luir's in the coming RL days/weeks.
