Culture/Religion Question

Hi, so I notice that Tuluk does have some Mesoamerican roots from passing word around and it became apparent to me that it does not have any of the frequent feasts in the Mesoamerican culture. Why is that? And also, considering the fact that the Tuluki consider Muk Utep a God, shouldn't there be more... say celebrations in honor of him? And if there is something like that, could you point me in the direction of where it says that since I can't find it.

And if the lack of celebrations, holidays, annual "sacrifices" are not within the docs then I would be glad to help start up some kind of tradition to make Tuluki more lively. It feels kind of dead and does not have that Mesoamerican feel to it at all.
