[Halcyon]

An elven woman has been frequenting the Storm's Eye, inviting any who
wish to attend to a family ceremony to mark the start of Low Sun.  In
seven weeks (Sunday October 23rd, 1pm server time), there will be a
gathering at the southern gate of Red Storm to remember and release
the last year.   Attendees are encouraged to bring small tokens to toss
into the silt or burn, or give short speeches about loves, hopes, friends,
obsessions, or enemies past, so that the silt and wind can make us clean
again for the new year.
