regarding arrow qualities

Just to confirm, quality is and will continue to control the damage, and you haven't or don't have plans to roll it back to dice on object, yes?

Do you have an opinion about whether fletchery or archery (or a mix of both) decide for this assessment?
Is this currently live in game, if not any plans on when?

Quality has determined damage for 4-5 years now.  It will continue to do so.  What changes is that all arrows with a couple of exception used to have the same quality, and now it differs.  Some have better quality, some have worse quality, that what they used to.

Not sure it is on a coder list yet.  Hopefully both?

Yeah I've got it on my to-do list.  I was thinking both archery and fletchery would let people assess it for quality.
