Allanak Scorpions

Minor boost to scorpions around Allanak.  They were set incorrectly and so their stats are garbage.  They've been fixed which means you should no longer see a jozhal slaughtering an entire pack of them.  But they also shouldn't be too much better than they were, so you won't see a dramatic difference in fighting them.
