A Second Minor RPT

In addition to the one on Friday the 13th at 9pm Server Time, there will be another 'minor' RPT in the southlands on Sunday the 15th about 2p Server Time.

You may, or may not, notice anything at all.

Minor just means that something is happening.  Your character might not have a chance to see or interact with it whatever it is, don't expect world-changing events.  Then again, you might.
