AOL emails

I have long delays when receiving emails, sent to my AOL email account, from the MUD.  Anywhere from 4 or 5 hours to a day sometimes.  Any one else having this issue?

I use an AOL, and it took me 3 days and a special request on the main site to get it approved. I think AOL has some kind of issues when it comes to certain automated emails being sent. I should probably move to something more reliable because AOL to me seems to be tanking...
