**The Armageddon 100k!!**

**YES!! That's Right!! ONE HUNDRED KILOMETERS!! (kilometres)**

*For Americans, that's just over 62 miles.*

The goal here is to run/jog/walk a grand total of 100 Kilometers by the 21st of December, 2020.

***First Day of Winter***

I -really- don't care if you run, jog, or walk. Just get your distance in!!

Do the math however you want. It's a little over 6 kilometres per week, or about 3.8 miles.

**There are a few options if you want to make it a ***little* more fun!!

**Option A:** The Nao Way

You complete the 100k barefoot!!

**Option B:** Double or Nothing!!

You double the distance!!

**Option C:** The Double Nao!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You double the distance AND do it barefoot!!!

**Option D:** The Family Fifteen!!

Fifteen miles instead of 60+

Can be with kids or a stroller.
