You will have in your catalog the finest armor and weapons.  People will come begging you for your goods.  You will have the power to manipulate access and pricing on a whim.



You will hire and fire underlings.  You will hobknob with powerful nobles and gritty soldiers.  you will maneuver against your rivals.

Patient, friendly, gets along well with other players and with staff.
History of good roleplay.  any previous sponsored/leadership roles.
knowledgable of the game world and thematic setting
active and willing to report regularly to staff
