Wished NPC used for recruiting?

Can/will I get a GM to animate a Templar to swear a new recruit in the Legion or does it have to be a actual PC thats responsible for it? Just curious about what to tell people I meet at offtimes that want to join.

Generally, it is best if a PC templar does it, if for no other reason then to make sure that there is a PC to guide you.  That said, they can do it through an NPC.  If you want to join, I would suggest first spending a little time looking for a PC templar.  If that fails, e-mail the clan immortal and explain that you can't find a PC Templar.  They should be able to help you along from there.
