Remove delay from 'watch'

I propose removing the delay from using 'watch' and let people use it freely like talk or say without interrupting the use of other skills. Good or bad idea?

I wasn't aware there was a delay to watch. Yeah, remove it.

Watch has a delay? I have never noticed it. checks help file...well, hell, it does.

Remove that please...it is silly.
