PM email notifications?

Has something broken with the GDB's ability to send email notifications regarding incoming PMs? I stopped receiving email notifications a few days ago, but my account settings are all the same and they aren't going to my spam folder. I also went through my GDB settings and made sure that everything is correctly marked. It is.
