Ladies and gentlemen, it is my pleasure to announce to you that we have not one, but TWO opportunities in the illustrious T'zai Byn Mercenary Company.

Our first role will play a part in Rathustra's "Dirty up Tuluk" goal.  You might look something like this!

Maybe you're a woman, that is also fine!



That's right, the Byn are back in Tuluk and while you may have seen signs of this in-game, this is the chance to be your own boss (kind of) and play the role of a Tuluki Byn Sergeant!  Benefits include:
* Your own unit to boss around.
* Complimentary mostly parasite-free grub and water!
* Bring the grit back to Tuluk, personally!
* Execute contracts all over the world, explore the lands and lead your unit to glory!

The requirements are that you are a Tuluki citizen and human, as well as a class that is able to fight.  Extended subguilds are fine, if you'd like to include one in your application.  As sergeant, we'll see to it that you will be better able to fight and train than most new characters.

The second role is that of a MUL SLAVE who will be a part of the T'zai Byn based in Allanak.  As this is a slave role, you will be born and bred by House Borsail and purchased by the Byn to be a very expensive, very dangerous weapon.  That said, because you are so expensive, you will be taken care of very, very well.  You might say that the Byn keep their best weapons sharp, oiled, and ready to cut!

What would you look like?  Well -- I suspect that many of you are Game of Thrones fans, imagine a completely hairless Khal Drogo, only with bigger muscles and perhaps a bit shorter and... ah, screw it.  You know, a mul!

While many of the specifics about the role of muls in the Byn are a "find out IC" type of thing, I can tell you that there are restrictions for what muls may and may not do as a part of the Byn and when they may do it, though we're going to be watching this closely to make sure that it's not too restricted.  The role will rely on interaction with other PCs to a large extent, but this truly is a unique opportunity to play a mul character that is a city dweller.

As this is a mul character, you must have the karma to play the role.  If you have 7 or 8 karma, go ahead and apply and if you'd like to pick an extended subguild, that is fine.  If you have 4-6 karma, you may also apply -- but this would count as a special application (and thus you would not be able to pick an extended subguild).
