What would you like to see next?

OK, so we've had a couple of submissions that have been staff selected.  What would you like to see next in terms of an original submission discussion?  A certain theme (a focus on murder, or political intrigue, or on songs, or what-not)?  A certain submission that you've wanted to highlight?  This is the place for bringing that up.

The secret to great RP is having the balls to be weird and the brains to make it eloquent.

I'd suggest the one where the Bynner biblically knows a ginka or belshun or whatnot, but that would be innapropriate.

I would like to see the one with Onyxi and Dregg checking out an apartment being examined.
The Devil doesn't dawdle.

I'm confused. If the submission are good, why are we not putting them all up? Or is this just to inspire other people to post their logs to staff?

Anything with the Byn.

The rest of you, if you see a blingy, buff brunette-blonde pair hanging out together pretty soon at your local bar, just...it's nothing. Move along. (Do not hit on them.)

This is something we've thought about for a while and we've had a lot of discussion about this staff-side recently.  One compromise we are willing to make is to have an area specifically for moderated discussion about original submissions.

That subforum is available here.  In short, if you want to discuss stuff your character did, you should submit an original submission once that tool is up and running again...and in the meantime, you can work on your own original submissions for when the tool is ready to go.  As discussion continues on original submission work selected by staff, we'll see how everyone handles it and hopefully loosen up some of the restrictions there.

The first two threads were logs set in Allanak, perhaps one set in Tuluk would be good.

+1

A raging Byn-tastic adventure would be nice. They're always fun.

Agreed, anything Tuluk would be good.
Anything NOT Byn would be good.
I am unable to respond to PMs sent on the GDB. If you want to send me something, please send it to my email.

A focus on magick and arcanery would be cool.

I like "A Grey Forest Jaunt", nice and action packed, and includes some PCs from around when I started playing.

Vennant doesn't appear to age because he serves drinks at the speed of light. Now you know why there's no delay on the buy code in the Gaj.

Anything PC Halfling or PC Gith related.
I've always like the one where Sharlo, Rhys, and Gage torture the whore in the apartment. ;)

That log kinda cracks me up. That whole scene is a direct result of my character (who was referenced a time or two during the interrogation) engineering the death of Seli for doing some irresponsible shit.

Of all the assassinations I've orchestrated in all my years of playing, that one is by far the most successful.

I always enjoyed the "half-giant assassin" log on the old old website. Not sure if it has aged well, but at least I remember liking it a lot years ago.

(That wasn't a Bynner; that was Classic AoD.)

First come, first serve, then.  Which one, and which log do you think outlines one (or both) of these?  I'll go pop in a new thread and link it all up.
