Just in case you wanted something else to stoke your love of Team Tuluk or Team Allanak...

We're currently using these on the USC and AoD pages because they're awesome.

The credit for these submissions goes to the talented Ouroboros.  Thanks, Ouroboros, for your artistic contributions to the game!  :)

I love the Allanak one.  Great job on both of them Ouroboros!

Wow those are cool.

The Tuluk one is my fave, excellent designs.

The Allanak one is my favorite. I sort of want to stick it on my wall. The colors really capture my interest and the dragon is just plain awesome.
As of February 2017, I no longer play Armageddon.

Sweet, I love them both.

Hope that its ok I gave myself my first profile picture, its just sooo awesome!

[Edit Well that didn't work, back later with Allanak set up properly]
[Edit Problem solved, I'm badass now]

Those are fantastic. I like the slogans. Is there a version without the words on it? (to be more IC, perhaps?)

And just like that, I had an avatar.

Really wonderful!
Varak:You tell the mangy, pointy-eared gortok, in sirihish: "What, girl? You say the sorceror-king has fallen down the well?"
Ghardoan:A pitiful voice rises from the well below, "I've fallen and I can't get up..."

Oh wow. LOVE.

I would buy them, too. For reals. I third it.

All I can read from Zerero's avatar is "Pancake"
"When I was a fighting man, the kettle-drums they beat;
The people scattered gold-dust before my horse's feet;
But now I am a great king, the people hound my track
With poison in my wine-cup, and daggers at my back."

Aww... Thanks, everyone!

These were brewing for some months now and I'm glad I was able to finish them while the war's still on-going. I've basically been planning a House/Clan series for a couple years now and these served to get my creative juices flowing. No idea when you can expect further pieces, but I'll continue the work as RL and IG obligations permit. Meantime...

Hadn't occurred to me some of you might want these as avatars! You're welcome to use them, certainly, though looking at the squishing makes me cringe so... You can help yourselves to a couple square-sized thumbs of the art as well, if you prefer them.

Thanks! I thought about whether text was appropriate, but in the end decided that since posters aren't exactly IC to begin with and these were designed as a promotional tool for the game itself (and the war plot specifically), the use of text was warranted. I see them more as directed at players than at characters, but if there's demand for some reason I could produce these without the text yes. In short, perhaps!

Quote from: Armaddict on November 15, 2013, 04:38:02 PMAllanak's needs either the Jade Cross or the 3 pointed star.

Allanak might still see such artwork in the future, but both of these pieces are conceptual and not direct representation of heraldry and such. I also wanted to avoid using the cross in these specific pieces as they might be used to promote the game off-site and RL religious symbols aren't ideal for that. I still intend to treat both the AoD and USC as clans for the purpose of future work though, so we'll see how that goes.

Theoretically, yes, these could be made available for sale. Just as the old CafePress shop had some stuff available. There's no copyright issues as far as the art's concerned, and I designed them specifically with the potential for them to be printed poster-sized. I'll discuss it with staff and if they approve as well, I'll see about the best venue to offer these through. Duck tape sold separately of course.

Well, I'd be happy to keep offering avatars of any pieces I do in the future. Wallpapers are a possibility as well. Until then, I've posted two on the first page that cover the basics. After all, there's a war out there and it's time ya'll picked a side. "Either you are with us, or you are with the terrorists savages."

I'm very impressed with your work, and many others, As an once Art Gallery owner I's like to think that I have a keen eye for talent. And there are many individuals that play arm that impress me.

I kind of want those posters as coasters, Heretic I know, but if I owned a bar I would buy stacks of them. If I owned a distillery I'd want to use them for labeling. Something in the design, the aesthetics, the shape of the last post with them in it that popped the notion of coasters. So that said, they should be offered in the arm store.
