When i look at my skills at the bottom it says [MORE], and no matter what i type i am unable to see what the rest of my skills are. This occurs often with many other things but that has been the most prevalent to me lately. If someone could teach me the command i would be ever appreciative.

Not a problem.  You can also set your pagelength to something higher.

skill <topic> For just that topic.

Example: skill psi will only show you your psionic skills.
