Database Issue

This morning during the maintenance our database had issues causing us to reinstall it.  When we did we realized the backup we took this morning was empty for some reason, meaning that the last maintenance from January was the last database backup we had.  This has caused the following things to have been lost that were entered since January, 2013.

Requests
Bios
Wagon positions reset
People in the Amber Wyverns will have lost their clan status.

Please re-enter any outstanding requests that you had, and hopefully you have a backup of your bios for your characters.

We apologize greatly for this as it hurts us as well.

Reiterating here for those that might've missed it since we posted once about the reboot and once about this:

If you have any requests that were outstanding (that is, special applications, extended subguilds, character reports, everything in the request tool that was not completed), you will need to create them again.

Oh noes! 

This sucks.  However, it is not the end of the world, and it can be fixed pretty easily with your help!  Here's how:

1.  You automatically get an e-mail when you file a request, so go ahead and go over to your e-mail.
2.  Identify any requests that you filed between 1/23 and now that were NOT resolved.  If we resolved your request, do not refile it.
3.  Copy and paste the text from the request in your e-mail into a new request.
4.  Please include the date it was originally filed in the subject line.

We will make an effort to prioritize the stuff from the oldest original dates first, and also to get all of these requests resolved ASAP.

We've also lost the stuff between "after January but completed," and "in queue, but uncompleted."  You do not need to refile anything there.  We also have those in our e-mail records.

We're very sorry for the inconvenience.  We will be doing everything we can to get things back into complete working order!

We are still working on recovering this, however just as a note, we have set up a more frequent backup situation (daily) instead of counting on maintenance, which seems to be done fairly infrequently these days.
