So true. Much easier to hide in the cities, or out, way, way far where is usually to dangerous to be anyways.
That's a function of the vision code versus zone size, and hunt versus zone entry points. If you map out the various open-range outdoor zones, in a zero-storm environment, most of them only take 3-4 passes to put eyes on every room in the zone. Also, most of them have predictable entry points, so it only takes a few minutes to use 'hunt' on every room where someone could've entered on foot.
