Number of underlings to be considered leadership role?

Uhoh, I think I walked myself into having to start sending in reports and bio's akkkk.

So I have underlings. Once I have how many would you like for me to start sending in reports?

Please keep in mind I'm not doing this for me at all, for them and you as the staff.
I don't want to take away from their chances for immortal interaction or possible karma because I don't want to do this.

I realized my mistake there and corrected it.

And this is fine.  Reports and bios are a good way to increase your visibility to staff.  If you don't want to do that, okay.  Now, if you don't want to do that and want a sponsored leader role, there is a requirement for reports (we can't watch you all of the time).  If you don't want to do that and also simultaneously expect a certain amount of staff attention, it is less likely you'll get it, because we cannot watch you all of the time.  If you're okay with that, I'm okay with that.

If you're indie Bob, you can send a report. It is not required.  It can help you, it will help us.
If you're indie Bob and have some indie Amos's under you, you can send in a report.  It is not required.  It can help you, it will help us.  Your underlings may even put in reports themselves (and may have really good reasons for doing so--like, they aren't really your underling...they work for someone else!  dun dun dun!).

As Indie Admin:

If you want to send in a report, feel free!  We'll review it.  If you don't have much to say, we may not have much to say back.  If you have a few underlings or contacts, you can report on those, it is not required.  However, if you're wanting to get into the leadership game later (like, as a sponsored role), we will be weighing your app against others.  If those others have a history of reporting and you do not, it is a point in their favor.  Will it be enough to pick them?  Not sure--there's a lot that goes into selecting sponsored roles.

I hope that helps.

With appropriate roleplay of course.
