DIY Plot/story but need players

I want to do a roleplay involving my current character and two others, but it doesn't fit in the 'Family Rule' in the Player Announcements section. How do I go about recruiting these people?

I have a basic story and characters laid out but I didn't want to get too in-depth if I never actually got to use them.

If you mean "I'd like to recruit two players to play these pre-set roles that I have established for them, but they aren't family members," then it is not something that you can do in Armageddon.  We would prefer that stories and plots develop in-game rather than out of the game.
