Those who should hopefully attend know about this by now. If you don't then pay no mind.

Since it's spanning across a few of us in different time zones and some of us are fairly elusive, I'm hoping this wont be too painful. Did I mention I suck @ organizing these..

Sooner case: This Weekend (5.14-15.11) on Saturday or Sunday in early evening EST -- 18:00-ish EST?
Later case: Next Weekend (5.21-22.11) Saturday or Sunday in early evening EST -- 18:00-ish EST?

I'm fairly open and can stay up later if need be. Lets SHOOT for a Saturday but if most those who -need- attend are out, then Sunday as well.

Anyone who should be coming that has a major issue w/ this times?

PS: I suck @ setting these up across a few clans so apologies in advance :/

That's 8 am the day after for me, but I think I can make any of the four times on offer.  :D

Make it a saturday, please. I can attend on an American saturday. Your sundays are my mondays and I need to work all day then.

I'd go for saturday too. Sundays are my one day off so I can actually not sleep instead of clawing for 4 hours of it :P

Ummm, those should work for me, but my playtimes are really flippy-floppy on the weekends.

I'm on holiday next week, travelling on the weekends.  The best fit for my schedule would be Sunday, 22 May.

This mean THIS weekend (Sat or Sun) is just not possible for you?

If it can work then we can do it this weekend.. If not.. then...........

Thinking of just pushing this to next Sunday so those who have issues w/ Saturday can attend + those where Saturday is best, we can push the time UP or DOWN and try to make it work for everyone.

What about Sunday, May 22nd @ these times...

16:00 / 18:00 / 20:00 [edit: times are in EST]

Earlier is best for me... But again I just want this to work since I'm usually @ the mercy of the non-GMT players.

I'm good for a Saturday, Sundays are a bit of a problem for me.

Edit: Ignore me, 22nd works cool for me, but if those are GMT times Mckenzie, then those times would be 11:00, 13:00, 15:00 EST for American's, dunno if that's a little early for you guys...

All times are in EST

So if Mckenzie can do it we can shoot for any of those time THIS Sunday or the NEXT Sunday.

I have small children whose bedtime is 20:00 EDT (00:00 GMT).  This means that I'm quite restricted in my playtimes prior to 20:00, so that hour or later is preferred.   I will have a computer whilst I'm on holiday, if you must move it up to 20:00 on 15 May I will be quite tentative, and perhaps quite intoxicated if in attendance.  Caveat lector - desired outcome of the summit may vary for the latter. :)

20:00 EDT on 22 May 2011  (00:00 GMT on 23 May) is the most accommodating for my schedule, but it's not just about me.  Since I will be on holiday, 20:00 EDT during the week is a possible option also.

That is the one day I may be a little iffy one because it's the 23rd, in the morning for me on Monday.
And Monday is the first day of the summer semester at my university.  :-X

Umm guys, isn't 00:00 Sunday a minute before 00:01 Sunday.  As in saturday night / sunday morning?  Not Monday?
