Unfortunately, the code is a bit binary as it nears the end of a fight. Conscious one moment, gone the next. It would be nice if the victim could remain awake as they bleed out, but c'est la vie.  Personally I've used whisper as a workaround to offer a bit of closure.  Where does the administration stand on this practice?

Since I'm kinda curious about whether or not it's okay as well....

The question is: "Is Staff cool with using the 'whisper' command to tell stuff to unconscious/half-dead victims -- who otherwise won't hear or see anything going around them because they're unconscious/half-dead?"

If they can't hear a "tell" command but they can hear a "whisper" command, that sounds like a bug in one command or the other. If so, please report it as such so that we can look at fixing it.
