Quitting

Why isn't every room a quit safe room?

Is it in fear of abuse?
Is it a code issue?
Is it because you like the feel of quitting in a "safe" place, to add to the flow and feel of the game?
Is it because...

Of course, this isn't the most important thing in the world... but it causes headaches, when you REALLY need out of the game:

1)   Internet lag (spending thirty minutes moving 20 rooms, just to quit out, SUCKS)
2)   RL emergency (Just sucks!)

Or rather... just for ease.

Quitting is an OOC thing, and really has little to do with the game itself.

Finally, if it is a safety thing, because you DO let rangers quit outdoors... why can't I quit ANYWHERE in a city/outpost as a warrior? Why can't a rinth rat quit out in the alleys, they sleep there, do they not?

Just really curious, and looking for an official answer, because I've heard many a tales.

Thank you for your time,

The reason every room is not a quit safe room:  because they haven't been set up that way.

With appropriate roleplay of course.
