You said unless it affects playability.... What about a half-giant with agility that can only hold two things in his inventroy? (very annoying I might add, but always for funny actions)

This is on purpose.  The inventory limit that half giants suffer is more related to their lack of coordination.  They maybe big hands, but they're not dextrous hands.
