Where did the help file for teapot go?(RE: Help teapot?)

Tortall, I believe Nyr is saying you need to have a teapot in your inventory or held to activate the help file.

If that is the case though... I don't think it should be so.  I don't make the rules though.

It is in fact the case. At the moment you need a teapot in your inventory to access the help file.

I had a BRIEF thought after I posted the second thread that that may have been what Nyr meant. Then I discarded it 'cause it made about 0 sense to me.
