As your environment reacts realistically, so will your apartment.

We are aware that there are ways to get around certain aspects of the code.  If your domicile is found to be in violation of these aspects of code, the end result will likely be less than pretty, and likely profitable for others.

We've fixed an issue (as of the most recent reboot, thanks to Morgenes) that has allowed characters to drag in containers or items that were already over a room's weight limit, thereby circumventing these limits.  This will not be possible anymore.

We will be notifying players that have apartments over these size limits before reactions occur IC/OOC.
